I am a licensed clinical social worker, certified group psychotherapist, certified clinical trauma professional and an author. I am also a USA-certified boxing coach and a yoga student. I center embodied experience in my work, inspired by the healing that can occur through the connection between therapist and client nervous systems. I view skin-focused symptoms as signals to unresolved feelings and relational experiences. I work from a cultural humility viewpoint and am always engaging in growth in this area. I value diversity of all kinds in my practice.

You can find out a lot more about me and my ideas either on my blog page or by reading my work!

In addition to my TX licensure, I am licencsed to provide therapy via Telehealth in VT and SC.
